We just returned from an incredible trip to Georgia, and I can’t recommend this agency enough! We were traveling with an infant, and the team was incredibly supportive and accommodating of our needs throughout the entire journey. A huge thank you to Antony for the seamless organization; he was professional, responsive, and ensured the itinerary was paced perfectly for a family with a young child. The highlight of our trip was our guide, Tinatini Asanishvili. Her deep knowledge of Georgian history and culture is amazing, but we were most touched by how patient and helpful she was with our baby. The trip was very good overall. The only issue was the bumpy road, which caused shaking and rattling in the bus especially on the way from Saudi to the Qatar border, which made the ride uncomfortable at times. The road inside Doha was smooth and much better. Other than that, everything was great — the bus was clean, comfortable, and the journey was calm. The driver was very helpful and supportive. He guided us through the passport control and stayed with us every step of the way, always telling us what to prepare. There was one stop during the trip, about three hours after leaving Riyadh. Also, the sales team and customer service, especially Anthony, were very helpful. They shared all the details in advance, contacted us one day before the trip to confirm, and even checked in during the journey to make sure everything was going well. ~ Marwa B
