The trip was very good overall. The only issue was the bumpy road, which caused shaking and rattling in the bus especially on the way from Saudi to the Qatar border, which made the ride uncomfortable at times. The road inside Doha was smooth and much better. Other than that, everything was great — the bus was clean, comfortable, and the journey was calm. The driver was very helpful and supportive. He guided us through the passport control and stayed with us every step of the way, always telling us what to prepare. There was one stop during the trip, about three hours after leaving Riyadh. Also, the sales team and customer service, especially Anthony, were very helpful. They shared all the details in advance, contacted us one day before the trip to confirm, and even checked in during the journey to make sure everything was going well. ~ Marwa B
